RAMP UP your ability to maximise sales as a market vendor in 2025!
Take advantage of January’s market downtime to invest in yourself.
Social media & markets powerhouses ::pixelmagic::, AlterEgos Events & Alternatribe are collaborating on Sunday 12 January 2025 (and Sunday 19 January 2025 for Level 2!) for top tips and practical hands on examples of how to ramp up your market marketing game – from how best to show off your products both digitally and in your market space, to proven social media and sales techniques to suit any budget.
π’π‘ π§ππ π ππ‘π¨:
– SIMPLE, CLEVER PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY
How to show off your products to best advantage digitally – whether you want to post it on your social pages or send it to potential clients; a great photo is going to give you an advantage.
(Bring your cell phone and some of your products to the workshop!)
– SOCIAL MEDIA
Stop wasting time and effort sharing and posting the wrong things in the wrong places at the wrong times – we show you practical examples on your own pages! Best if you can bring a laptop, but we’ll show you the mobile hacks too.
– PRODUCT DISPLAY
Setting up your stall and displaying your products is an art form with practical science to back up why we suggest you display in certain ways. Angie’s Unique Designs will be setting up a demo stall and we’ll walk your through cost saving tips and tricks to show off your products to best advantage.
– STALL ETIQUETTE
We’ve often seen potential buyers walk away from a stall because the vendor is focused on their phone; chatting to a friend; smoking or eating behind their table. We outline potential pitfalls like these and more for you to avoid; and give you a list of habits to replace them with!
– SALES TECHNIQUES
Have you heard the term “closing the sale”? Successful selling almost always results from good listening. The best sales professionals continuously ask questions throughout the engagement and genuinely listen to the prospect’s responses. Even at the last stage of closing, asking questions can be a great technique to finalise the sale. Do you know how to get from “I like that” to “here, take my money” ?
– HOW TO PICK A GOOD MARKET
We cover how to avoid scams, and low footfall as well as what to look for to determine if a market will be good for you!
